Love these! The peach is absolutely delicious, the Mango 50/50 is my favourite of the blended.
I take about 10mg CBD and 5mg blended to sleep if I’m stressed and it’s perfect, I sleep straight thru the night instead of waking every few hours. 10mg CBD is also great for any cramps/aches/post-gym recovery or if I need to calm my mind and focus. It’s not a large dose, but it’s just enough to help me “cross a hurdle” so to speak. I.e. hit REM, or reduce inflammation so I can stretch better etc.
